ONLINE PROMOTIONS COMPANY ANNOUNCES FREE PROMOTIONS FOR URBAN ARTISTS AND MODELS

September 1, 2005 - HomeBase Promotions now offers free online promotions for Independent Artists and Models across the nation via its HomeBase Urban Network.
Founded in February 2005, this San Antonio, TX based company provides unique grassroots marketing by promoting urban parties and events in select U.S. cities via its suite of party websites. It has recently expanded its efforts to promoting artists and models.
Dedicated to increasing exposure and awareness of undiscovered talent, the company will offer free promotions via its website network, press listings for its members, and services such as press release writing, website design, flyers, and more.
"We are not a full service promotions company. Our goal is to help independent artists and models increase their exposure online by developing a web presence. We provide the base (foundation) - it's up to them to build it." - Promotions Director, HomeBase Promotions
In addition to providing promotional services for independent talent, HomeBase Promotions also plans to continue to develop strategic alliances with entertainment industry individuals and companies. Such strategic alliances will enable the company to collaborate with members of its Network to co-host parties and events, provide sponsorships, offer exclusive benefits for Network members and newsletter subscribers, and to even establish fully branded clothing lines and online stores. Partners already in the mix include web design and hosting company, Caltak Enterprises, and hip hop enterprise, Strictly Business Tha Empire.
The company anticipates that this unique style of online promotions will make major waves in the urban entertainment industry in the years to come, and that the HomeBase Urban Network is just the beginning of an exciting new era of urban talent exploding the online marketplace. Current cities in the Network include Austin, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Chicago, Miami, New York City, and Washington DC. The corresponding party websites for these cities will launch by Summer 2006. There are plans to expand the Network to include more cities as new opportunities in those markets arise.
Members do not have to own a computer or reside in one of the cities to join the HomeBase Urban Network. The company emphasizes that independent artists and models that are the slightest bit interested should join the Network now, as the requirements for joining may become more difficult as the demand for online promotional representation increases.
